A Cat Escapes From A Coyote
This is one courageous cat. Duncan, an abandoned cat, was being attacked by a coyote, but was able to fight him off and escape. He almost lost one side of his face and neck.
A rescuer brought him to the vet where the vet was able to insert a drain and attach his skin back into place. Duncan who is now 2 years old has mended and been nursed back to perfect health and is now up for adoption. A warning to coyotes everywhere: beware of Duncan the cat.

A warning to pet owners everywhere–let your cats roam and you expose them to the risk not only of coyotes, but cars, poison, catnappers, and animal abusers. Keep your cat inside, or on a harness and leash–and yes, it can be done.
