Wild Kitty Cat Food Salmonella Warning

Wild Kitty Cat Food, sold in Washington, Oregon and other areas, have been deemed by the FDA to be unsafe. FDA tests of the company’s “Chicken and Clam Recipe” found salmonella bacteri which can cause sickness and even death in pets and humans. The FDA warned consumers “not to purchase, or use, Wild Kitty Cat Food due to the presence of salmonella.” Wild Kitty products are sold frozen in plastic tubs. If you handled the food, it would be wise to wash your hands thoroughly with hot water and soap.
