Carol , thank you for , telling us, about the, lady & police offcer,
they are angels on earth ,
Send them , both to Florida , we need them both.
I pray the lady , keeps the cat ,
maybe , some day , the cat , will , save her life ,
cats never forget a kindness ,
this little guy , sure needs a break , in life ,
I know , I have taken in strays , dumped off cats , were in bad shape , they turned out , to be , the most loving soul’s ,
my Germen sheherd , and poor little , ” Luck ” a cat that was tore up , by a pit-bull dog and cost me almost $500.00 to get treated , stiched up , was worth , every cent ,

He is so trusting ,
” Lucky ” & our dog , are , the best of pals ,
I wish , every one , could see , cats , are , a gift , from God .

To the Lady who helped , save the cat’s life, the police offcer , thank you from of my heart , you restore , my faith , in people .
I know , you both , will be rewarded in life , God is watching .

Bless all the people that helped.The lady, I wish her very special blessings.To see suffering and to stop it, is the ulitimate act of unselfishness. Thank you for helping the cat.The world NEEDS more people like you ! And a special thanks to the police officers involved.They see the ”worst” of all situations.Too aid an animal and show compassion makes you a giant among men.Thank you and blessed holidays for all that care.

Besides the woman being so kind and caring about the cat, kudos also goes to the cops who crawled under a truck on a rainy night to soap up a cat to try and get it out!

The cops didn’t know if the cat would live, if it was injured enough to strike out at them, anything. Just crawling under a truck at night in the rain is risky enough without the added injured live animal…

If anyone could get the contact info for the police department responsible, it would be great if we would all contact them with a little thank you for being so compassionate towards animals. It’s too easy to be angry at the cops who go bad, let’s encourage the ones who do good!

I had tears in my eyes as I read about this wonderful, compassionate woman. Stories like this restore my faith that there ARE some kind, loving people amidst the . . . others. I’m glad that the catgirl survived and I really hope that she will go home with her rescuer. I’ll look forward to an update!

This happened about 20 minutes from me here in RI. The part of the story that I wish had been told was the fact that she got under the truck and held and cuddled the cat until the rescuers came!!!! It had been raining all night and that is why they think the cat survived as the road was slick!! The full story was in the Westerly Sun Newspaper and was on WJAR10.

Great lady!!! Lucky kitty! I hope she is able to keep her—I’ll post it if she does!
