Animals do have souls.If we, as a species were designed to eat meat.We would have teeth like wolves, instead we have teeth like cows.Not that hard to figure out. Think you could run a deer down and and kill it will your teeth ? In the “natural” scope of life we are herbivores by design.Bless the animals, for they have “humans” as caretakers and bless the chaplin for his work.

people have much to learn , about animals ,YES ……. they have a soul ,they are little angels on earth , they would give up there lives for us.
Jesus Christ , said , take care of the animals , not to kill them.
Animals teach us so much , they ask , for little back , they trust us ,give us unconditional love. God bless , Marcus allison, for teaching , what is true , right , for , if man doesn’t love a animal , how can , He love His self , or others ???? Animals suffer , so much on this earth , because of man !!!!!!!!! the greed of , PET FOOD CO.’s , has cost the life , of so many , & only God , can give justice , for that . as a pagan i have to say i feel my cats occupy a positon closer to the great mother than i do. therefore i listen to them. theyve never steered me wrong.they have never let me down. they have made of me a better person and i am thankful for that.

The medium John Edwards routinely channels communications from the afterlife that include pets. I’ve often thought, while watching my dogs sleep, that how can a being that dreams not have a soul?
It also makes me wonder if the animals I eat have souls too.

Animals do have souls and heaven does watch over them too. St Francis of Assisi is the patron saint of animals and he will watch over your pets. Just try it, any sceptics, pray for easing in your pet’s suffering and just watch the result.

I have got into this with a few pastors, including mine. Pastors are always quoting C. S. Lewis but they never quote that he believed pets go to heaven. Hank Hanegraaff in The Bible Answer Book said he is willing to believe. “Finally, the Scriptures from first to last suggest that animals have souls. Moses in Genesis and John in Revelation communicate that the Creator endowed animals with souls. In the original languages of Genesis 1:20 and Revelation 8:9, nephesh and psyche respectively refer to the essence of life or soul. Not until Descartes and Hobbes and the Enlightenment did people think otherwise about animals.” I pray for animals just the same as I pray for people. I believe they have souls and go to heaven, and nobody is going to change that for me.
