I thank God everyday for bringing our little Yorkie into our lives. He came from a Missouri puppy-mill, 300 plus dogs. We’ve had him with us for over two years now and he has some hang ups he’ll never get over because of the life he had to live. The inhumane treatment of these dogs is sickening. I have seen video (under cover) from these auctions and it is sick. Adog or cat a (product?). Just for the almighty dollar. It truly does make you want to retch. For every dog rescued so many more are suffering. Look at China and their abuse and torture of dogs and cats. Humanity is sick!!! God help us all!!

Missouri is well-names as as state. They have MISS’ed when compassion was handed out…..and it rhymes with misery…which what descibes the situation of these poor animals…and all so some slob can make a buck.

This is so very sad & so very ugly. I said it before & I’ll say it again I think the only good human people left is pet parents, the old & the sick. This is the first time I have ever heard of these auctions & boy does this get me mad. The poor babies, what an ugly terrible life they have. All they want is to be loved & give love.

I have read about these auctions. The animals are treated terribly and the sick ones that aren’t sold, get thrown into a box at the end. Then what? they are probably killed. And who would buy a dog from a place like this except a puppy mill?

Referring to the callous remark of Betty Dwiggins “Without these auctions, all the dogs would be mongrels”. She sounds like an inbred misfit herself. What an ignorant thing to say.

OMG, what a repugnant statement. There was a time when humans were also a “consumer product.” My species makes me wanna retch.
