Maybe they are planning on sending the food overseas...... I now home cook and will continue to do so. From what I've seen on the dog lists - more people are home cooking or turning to holistic food with known American growers and suppliers. Something PFI will never understand. I now home cook and will continue to do so. From what I’ve seen on the dog lists - more people are home cooking or turning to holistic food with known American growers and suppliers. Something PFI will never understand.

People don't cook for themselves anymore so why learn how to cook for their pets. I use to go out to eat all the time too & use fast easy food too. Now that I am in the habit of cooking again for us & our babies we are all eating better & like it a lot. We now spend more time around the table & enjoying each other more which imo makes up for the time cooking. My husband, dogs & cat are very happy & I can cook in my nightgown instead of getting dressed up if I want. Sometimes my husband cooks too. Imo they are still putting out bad food. Imo pets & people are still getting sick & the food is doing long time damage. Imo they are still getting lots of ingredents from China. Imo it is only a matter of time before more & more recalls for people & pets and doctors start talking about long term damage & it's too late to do anything about it. I am going to continue home cooking for ALL of my family as my little way of trying to protect them & keep them happy. We will see if they continue to make the gain in $ they think they are going to continue to make. Right now all these cities are offering them everything to expand or build.
