Derby Winner Nosed Out By Challenger in Preakness

It was probably the most thrilling horse race this side of 2000, and a fitting tribute to Barbaro. Curlin edged out Street Sense — this year’s Kentucky Derby winner — by literally a nose. This year’s races were especially charged with the memory of the amazing horse Barbaro and those who looked after him. You can learn more about the race for the American Triple Crown on Wikipedia.
