It would serve you cat mom's who live in a one bedroom apartment with 50 cats or more to be given the same sentence! None of the dogs died or was ill. They were miniature dogs. Those charges could be made against anyone who keeps multiple pets in a small space if the authoities should arrive the moment after one of them defecates. There are armed robbers and murderes who don't serve 11 years.
