Neither Arrows nor Bullets are registered, so i'm not sure how one would track an arrow or a bullet back to its "owner".

Glad the puppy is doing well and is safe and sound now !

Strange things do indeed happen.

Couldn't the arrow be traced back to its owner? I meant wasn't there some type of identification on the arrow itself like a bullet?

Where the arrow entered the dog's body.....That was meant to be a fatal heart shot from the person who aimed that weapon at the poor innocent dog. Whomever did this hopefully burns in hell. What a courageous and brave dog and Thank God the Cornelisse's love him and will take such good care! And what a kind vet.
