My new car has an escape hatch in case someone is locked in a trunk. But teaching a dog to learn how to use it? Methinks auto design engineers need to go back to the drawing board and put a low voltage motion sensor in the trunk so that it issues an auditory alert when the trunk is closed and there's movement inside.
