Thank goodness that worker saw the good in the pup. I agree, he just needed some guidance with an obedience shcool and people to care for him and about him. I hope he’s happy with his new life and new friends!

Put to sleep??? the 18mo. old puppy just needed obedience training. He was abandoned at 6mos. and existed in a shelter where the staff would’nt have the time to work with him. At 18mos. it’s still not to late for him to be someone’s pet. But it seems that he was meant for greater things.

I read every one of his behaviors which constitute a “bad dog” and I scratched my head. That’s what makes him a cute character in my book. When I was little that was exactly what I needed: a friend who wanted my attention and was so excited to see me that he jumped on me.

To me, that’s what gave my dog his charm, and gave me the only joy and sparkle of life in the midst of a very, very bad home. Blessings on your journey, Nelly!
