Just cause a FEW people complain doesn't mean the other 87,897 people in Hillsboro don't want the hydrant there. If you took a vote, I guarantee 99.5% of people would NOT have an issue with the hydrant. Gotta make everyone happy I guess so had to spend more money to put up the fence to satisfy those that have nothing to do but COMPLAIN! What a beautiful hydrant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK goodness the city/park came to it’s senses and put it back where it belongs.
