I LOVE your Bentley. He looks just like my Sparky(Spark Plug) only a little younger. The same stoic look, the same markings. I wish I could send you a picture. Please tell me what breed Bentley is. Sparky is 1/2 pure breed Basset & 1/2 purebreed Shelti. All 5 pups looked just the same, maybe your Bentley is one. Sparky is 8 years old & 61lbs. Again I say, LOVE your Bentley.

Jenny, Bentley was a rescue but in the research I’ve done I think I’ve concluded he’s beagle and Walker coonhound and…??? He’s very very sweet. I think he’s about 5 or 6 years old, and 38 pounds. Sparky sounds great–maybe they’re related back there somewhere? I would have loved to see Bentley as a pup.

Shelley when my husband came I showed him Bentley’s picture but covered up his name. He was so proud of me that I learned how to take pictures & put them on the computer & inbed them (he knows I want to learn). He told me what a good job I did with Sparky & wanted to see the pictures of our other babies. I was really having fun with him but then I had to tell him the truth.He couldn’t believe it wasn’t our Sparky either. We are from Pa. & I know his mom & dad because they belonged to our neighbors. They say people always have a twin somewhere so I guess our mixed breads can say the same thing at least by the face. Now you can say 2 people really LOVE your Bentley and you don’t even know them.
