With all the bad news for animals lately, I'm glad they are at least trying to do something to get these precious animals into homes. So often I feel so depressed reading all these stories. I hope those of you who are able will join me in supporting the "local" shelters (this one is NOT local to me) who are trying to do the right thing for the animals. Maybe that's where we really can make a difference. Just a thought . . . I will be sending them a small check to help with spay/neuter.
