The way I see it, "INTERNAL INVESTIGATIONS" should be abolished. They serve no purpose except to lie to the public and give them the false impression that they are really looking into the matter and will take corrective action if wrongdoing has been established. Of course, once off the force with no outlet for their rage (something they use their job for) they would end up on the other side of the law and in jail -- which is exactly what they deserve. According to the 1 post this isn't his first dog to kill. This was a park & dogs play. You should see my dogs playing, if you warn't a dog person you would think they were getting hurt instead of just having fun & really love each other. The dogs were separated and the problem should have been over. Sounds like the police officer was upset because his dog was "attacked".
