Dog in a Bar Picture your neighborhood bar where everyone knows your name and your dog’s name. Hey Norm! Hey Spot! Could dogs be allowed in Washington state bars? Washington State Senator Ken Jacobsen has proposed a bill that would allow bars and restaurants with liquor licenses to welcome dogs in their establishment as long as if they are with their owner and are leashed.
