i am so glad i came across your blog it is my granddaughters birthday and she has her heart set on a pug but i had no idea that pugs had alot of vet bills i think we will rethink this and we are going to do some reserach so we can find a dog that is well suited for her

i’M A SENIOR (79) WHOSE 13 YEAR OLD DOG PASSED AWAY 3 MONTHS AGO. i CAN’T IVE WITHOUT A COMPNION DOG. i WOULD LOVE TO ADOPT A PUG PUPPY. i’VE RESEARCHED PUGSAND BELIEVE WE WOULD BE A GOOD MATCH. i LIVE IN JOHNSTOWN, PA AND I NEED HELP FINDING A PUG PUPPY IN THIS AREA. JOHNSTOWN IS ABOUT 2 HOURS BEFORE GETTING TO PITTSBURGH TRAVELING EAST FROM CALIFORNIA. PLEASE HELP. VERNA

Not just pugs, but with any breed, one should do research and learn about a pet’s breed before adoption. We are fortunate that our lit’ terrier mutt’s personality matches one of ours. He was a surprise gift from a friend.
