Printable Menu Foods Recall List in Full

Cat on PrinterA very patient and caring person (Thank you ShandorNM!) turned the entire Menu Foods recall list, including the detailed UPC pages, into one document. He had a legitimate concern that those without Internet access will have a hard time learning about the recalled foods. We hope that this list can help someone, so we agreed to host it and share it here as a PDF (1MB) FYI, the dates have been expanded to ALL DATES: Menu Foods Recall Full List. Please print it (be warned that it’s 77 pages) and share it with anyone without Internet access.

Now we know why it took Menu Foods so long to put together the list. I guess they couldn’t just list the brands first, and specify the UPC codes later. God forbid people pull more Menu Foods products off the shelf than the exact list. (Note the sarcasm.) How much impact would that have had on their recall costs?

My cat just passed away unexpectedly. We never fed him wet or pouch cat food so when the recall hit we felt safe. Now that the recall has expanded to dry food we wonder if he passed from that. Any one heard about “ALLEY CAT” brand cat food? I’ve looked for it all over but can’t seem to find it on any list. Was it safe?

I PERSONALLY FEEL THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY, AND HOW MUCH MORE WILL BE RE-CALLED, AND THE ENTIRE CAUSE, AND AT THIS TIME, THE SAFEST THING TO DO IS, FEED YOUR PETS HOME COOKED MEALS, BOIL RICE, CHICKEN, DEEF, YOU CAN ADD WHAT EVER YOU LIKE, EVERY TWO DAYS MAKE A POT OF IT, REFRIG IT, AND YOU KNOW YOUR PET IS SAFE…TO ME ITS WELL WORTH IT…JUST MY OPINION…
