Property At Center Of Vick Dog Fighting Investigation Sold
Michael Vick’s Surry County property, which was the center of his dog fighting case, has been sold to a developer for $450,000.
Wilbur Ray Todd Jr. of Todd Builders plans to renovate the home and auction it off on December 15. The 4,300-square-foot home had previously been assessed at $747,000.
A real estate agent who assisted in the transaction said, “Only one person can own the most famous house in America today. You can ask people from coast to coast which house has the most notoriety in the country today, and it’s this house.”
Vick bought the 15-acre property in 2001 for $34,000 and had the white-brick house built in 2003.

I wouldnt pay one dime for that s*** hole of a house. I’m sure it reeks of death. I hope all the dogs that were killed there haunt the place.

Maybe the same people who were so anxious to get the dog taken from Ellen Degeneres would be interested. They have apparently been making the talk show rounds so they care more about being pseudo famous than the welfare of animals.

That house and land is NOT FAMOUS. It is CURSED. The language used by the Real estate agent is commercial crap designed to sell, sell, sell. The only redemption for that property is if it were to be renovated and used to help homeless and abused animals to be rehabilitated and find forever loving homes.
