WHY WOULD IT REMAIN ONLY A MISDEANOR? Sounds like the powers that be WANT this offense to be mearly a slap on the hand. We'll see if anyone who is caught in attendance at a Dog or Cock fight will be charged with the above mentioned fines and or jail time. FAT CHANCE. Remain a Misdemeanor.
