		<description>Whenever I am in the position and have the opportunity to encourage any person to adopt at any Shelters, I always emphatically state that any of the dogs will act much differently once they are out of a "caged state" and happily being exercised and loved daily. This is such an important fact when people viewing adoptable dogs, stressed and barking in cages, make a decision on the dogs hyper and upset actions. A little love and patience will go a long way to making that dog the best pet it can be. What a fantastic and beneficial idea "Running with Dogs". Also it is something that would allow the animals to be viewed and possibly adopted!!!!!</description>
