This is a perfect example of why the people who SAY euthanization has to be done because of "overpopulation" are the nay sayers who work together with people who are too lazy to NETWORK and FOSTER and look for fosters and then forever homes. IT CAN BE DONE AND IT HAS BEEN PROVEN. And then the naysayers fall back on their murderous and lazy techniques of extermination saying it must be done. EXCUSES!
