It would fit my cute sassy, blue speckled young Irish Jack Russell and BlueHeeler mix perfectly for she is truly Annie Oakley reincarnated!!! I saw a fantastic constume at the parade that took little effort and got lots of laughs. Little Yorkie with small police officer hat walking ahead of and "pulling" his huge, burly prisoner by a "chain." The prisoner, his human, wore a black and white striped prison uniform. They were attached by a chain made of aluminum foil, intricately linked. The human play-acted and made like he was really being yanked along. One of the greatest costumes ever. One sulked the other one went wild. After getting it off him (and almost losing a couple of fingers in the process) we've all agreed that treats are fine, costumes are not.
