Vick does know PeTA also wants to change football? No leather.
This is no more than a publicity stunt - the smell wafts through and it’s hard to say which one causes more. What little respect I had (very little) has gone into negative numbers when he pairs up with PeTA on ETHICS.

As for the other one - a redbone is a coonhound - not a pitbull. Red *nose* refers to “pitbulls” but when a husky kills a toddler it doesn’t get spammed to other places.

Fla. Woman Killed by Her Two Pit Bulls

MIDDLEBURG, Fla. - Two pit bull terriers fatally attacked their owner who had raised them since birth, authorities said Tuesday. Tina Marie Canterbury, 42, was walking to her back yard when the 2-year-old redbone pit bull terriers attacked her, according to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.

One of Canterbury’s sons tried to help her, but the dogs attacked him. He was not seriously injured, authorities said.

A family friend shot at the dogs to scare them away. A deputy shot one of the dogs. The other dog ran away but was found two hours later and killed, authorities said.

Clay County Sheriff Rick Beseler said he couldn’t remember such a severe dog attack since becoming sheriff three years ago.

There were no signs of dog fighting or other abuse at the Canterbury home, authorities said.

This has not to do with the NFL; it would make as much sense to say ~ PETA wants all black people to attend a similar class, or PETA wants all men to attend a similar class. DUH!

Question: How do you tell the difference between a genuinely compassionate man and a scared s#!%less dogfighter?

Answer: A genuinely compassionate man doesn’t need a public relations team (that specializes in celebrity/corporate damage-control, by the way) to feed “news” like this to media outlets.

I saw the title of the article. Burst out laughing. Sorry.

But this is patently ridiculous. PR bash for both PETA and MV.

There are times when I just can _not_ believe my eyes.

Arch-villain of animal cruelty (Michael Vick) goes to a course offered by the other Arch-villain (PETA Prez. Newkirk) of animal cruelty? This makes sense?

I am beyond words this time.
