Vick Lists Sugarloaf House For Sale
As Michael Vick’s financial and legal troubles continue to pile up, he has placed his suburban Georgia property on the real estate market. The lakefront Sugarloaf Country Club home is listed for $4.5 million.
Vick purchased the home in April of 2005 for $3.77 million.
The house includes eight bedrooms, eight-and-a-half bathrooms, two fireplaces, cathederal ceilings, and a two-story foyer.
The listing agent said he has already had two “genuine inquiries” for Vick’s house. He added that only prequalified buyers would be allowed to view the property.
A source close to Vick said that Vick has not conceded that he won’t play with the Atlanta Falcons at some point in the future. But he stated that Vick has been spending very little time in the Atlanta area and has been spending most of his time in Newport News, Virginia with his family.

So I guess since this is one of his only resources of recouping some expended funds, the house will not be changed into a Shelter for Dogs????

1. What a ridiculous-looking McMansion.
2. Too bad Ookie didn’t anticipate “downsizing” before the national housing market began its steep nosedive.

Dude, that guy is just falling deeper and deeper into a hole. CHeck out this real estate site http://www.housefront.com/2021022, I don’t think he’ll get 4.5 million for the place especially cuz there is probably a doggy grave out back…

Ugh, you’re probably right [doggie grave out back].
I hope he’s behind bars very soon.

I hope the government seizes the money from the sale and puts it into rehabilitating the dogs he abused. He won’t need the money where he’s going

It is rightful that Vick is losing everything … all the fruits of his football career…a career that he was less important to him than the sick exhilaration he found by torturing and killing dogs and god knows what other animals in the training and preparation of the fighting dogs. Is he a victim of “piling on”? I don’t care. Let him be a poster boy of what happens when you associate yourself in this illegal and depraved practice.
