Woman Pays $10,000 To Save Cat’s Life
A Pennsylvania woman recently spent $10,000 to save her daughter’s cat.
The six-month-old kitten was suffering from a life-threatening brain infection. To save the kitten’s life, the woman had emergency surgery done on the cat, and after several days on a ventilator, the cat is recovering and doing well.
The woman took out a loan to cover the medical bills, but she said it is all worth it.
“There was only a 5 percent chance he would make it, but we still believed. He’s like one of the family,” she said.

I never thought love had a price tag.The vets involved really should reduce their charges. Be nice , no good deed ever goes unnoticed, or not repaid. Is there a fund set up too assist the guardian of the kitten ?

Someone has her priorities straight. I so admire this woman.

Amazing story.
Another example to share with the goverment agencies that say that animals are personal property. Not of value of a human life.
I sure wish a vet or even a $10,000 loan could have saved my Shebsz life.
Due to tainted treats, from our wonderful overseas neighbors, she was gone in three days.

Shebsz, I am so sorry. I know that love and compassion for our fur kids can have no boundries. I hope that time gives you other fur kids to love you as much Shebsz did. And Shebsz will be waiting at the Rainbow Bridge for you, with love shining in her eyes.

That is really wonderful. If I had the means and this came up in my family, I’d do the same thing.
I hope the cat goes pm to live a wonderful life!

If I could have saved my two cats who passed away this year, I would have paid anything. I would have gotten a second job, sold my car, sold my soul to the devil. But they were both in grave condition and there was nothing more that could be done.
